Krud Kutter 'The Must For Rust' Remover & Inhibitor is a proprietary (water-based) formulation that penetrates into every void of a metal surface and dissolves rust/oxidation through chemical action. Then tiny, rust-inhibiting crystals are formed and become integral with the surface molecules of the metal to resist future rusting. This product also removes bluing on firearms instantly. It can be used as a rust inhibitor on unpainted metal protecting bare metal against rust for up to 12 months when applied according to directions. This product is safe, fast, effective on rusted or new metal, galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, chrome, brass, plastic, brick, stucco, stone, porcelain, fiberglass, ceramic, glass, and more. Ideal for painting when dry as it accepts any primer, paint, coating, etc., and provides a clean surface free of contaminants, which allows a secure bond for coating. This product should not be used on concrete or marble. This earth-friendly product is biodegradable and non-flammable. One gallon covers up to 200 square feet of surface.
