Returns

Refund

We will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price of the product purchased from us when there is a packing error, physical damage to the product, or a manufacturer determined defect. To obtain a refund for the aforementioned reasons, you must notify us within 14 days of your receipt of the products. See below “Procedures for Sending Products Back to Us” in order to process a return.

Issued Credit

In the event you wish to return a product to us for a reason other than those mentioned above under “Refund” (i.e. an elective return, you changed mind, you ordered too many, you didn't like product, etc.) you must return the products within 14 days of receipt and the products must be in new and unopened condition. Special Order Items and Case Only Items (both of which are designated on our website as such) are final sale items and cannot be returned for a credit due to the nature of such items. You will be provided a credit equal to the original purchase price of the product minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not included in the credit amount issued. We will notify you by e-mail of the credit amount, which will be returned to the original payment method.   See below “Procedures for Sending Products Back to Us” in order to process a credit.

Procedures for Sending Products Back to Us

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any products returned to us. To obtain a RMA number please telephone (513) 245-2420 or simply use our web contact form. We strongly recommend that when returning products to us you utilize a tracking service. We are not responsible for your return until it is delivered to us, and in the event that we do not receive the returned product the tracking number will assist in resolving the situation.
