This concrete cleaner/etcher is ideal for cleaning, degreasing, and acid etching concrete floors, walls, basements, driveways, swimming pools, patios, and containment areas prior to coating, staining or sealing. Krud Kutter Concrete Clean Etch is safer and easier to use than muriatic acid. It creates a porous surface, and provides the even profile and uniform appearance preferred for clear coating applications. It can also be used to remove efflorescence (alkali salts) and to neutralize new concrete and new mortar joints on cinder block, masonry, and brick. This product contains Phosphoric acid in a water-based solution with no muriatic acid. One quart covers 200 sq.ft.
